What to do when arriving at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

When passengers arrive with only hand luggage, they normally take the shortest way to the exit of the arrivals. Sometimes this is causing a misunderstanding between the passenger and the chauffeur. Therefor we would like to advice the passengers to look at the screens for the correct Arrival exit.

When passengers arrive with check-in luggage, they first have to collect their luggage at the luggage belts. After collecting they will leave the Luggage Hall by following the indicated signs on the screens.

Meeting point

What we would like to advise is, to let our chauffeur wait at the Meeting Point in the Central Hall with a Name Sign.

We can also let our chauffeur wait at the Arrival exit with a Name Sign.
